At Sawyer Hall, we take care to provide you with high quality service personalized to your unique needs. When you choose to host your event with us, you will get help in planning your event, and on-site supervision to ensure your guests feel welcomed.

Basic Amenities
Included in the standard rental of Sawyer Hall are the following:

  • Restrooms fully stocked with soap and paper products
  • Private Bridal Room
  • Trash cans and liners

In addition, the following services are available. Fees vary:

Linen Service​
Dress your tables with elegant table cloths and accent accessories for an added touch of class. We have a wide selection of colors to match your theme. Best of all you don't have to haul rental linens from store to hall and back again. 

For events of 100 guests or more and any event serving alcohol, we require professional security officers to be on-site during your event. We can hire security officers for you for $35 per hour /per guard.

After your event, you will be tired and ready to go home. Leave the cleanup to us. We can arrange for bussers to work during your party, so your guests don’t have to lift a finger and you don’t have to worry about the mess. Using our cleaning crew is mandatory, and the fee is deducted from your deposit.

Ice Service
If you need ice to cool down your drinks, we have a commercial ice machine on site. Its use is included in your rental.

Coffee Service
Treat your guests to coffee and tea service following your dinner. We can provide a self-serve coffee and tea bar for a reasonable fee.

We can provide professional servers to help take care of your guests. Our servers can plate and serve your dinner and dessert, bus your tables and help with cleanup

* Sawyer Hall may require the hire of professional security officers when alcohol is served. We require one officer per 100 guests. If no alcohol is served and the number of guests is under 100 guests, security is optional.

*Security & Cleaning Deposit is refundable after your event. The Hall manager will determine any charges for damages to the property or equipment or cleaning charges. Cleaning and Security fees may be deducted from your deposit.

Wedding & Events Center

S & K Party Rentals can provide tablecloths, in a variety of colors,  that fit perfectly on our tables. We also have chair covers in white, ivory, black and brown. You can also accessorize your tables and chairs with a variety of runners, overlays or sashes for added elegance. Call or write for a quote.
